Do-It-Yourself Consultations
MILLER ORGANIZING also offers "consultation only" organizing services. This is the "do-it-yourself" solution. This option is perfect for you if you're not sure how or where to start, are willing to put in the physical effort yourself, but just need direction and a plan you can implement at your own pace to get you going.
We will visit your home or office to assess the area(s) that needs organization, get to know you, find out what things are working well for you, what things you hope to improve and what your vision is for each space. We will then design a system personalized for you, giving you a written plan of action for each space and problem. You are free to tackle the project(s) on your own or hire us to help you with some or all of them. We can do as little or as much as you want or feel you need.
The plan will include:
- specific actions to be taken/projects to be completed, in
priority order - suggested items to purge from the space and what to
do with them - a shopping list of organizational products to complete
each project - a list of stores you can shop in for any supplies/equipment
you may need - recommendations to help you streamline processes
and apply the organizing techniques we have discussed
Once you get started, we can assist you with telephone consultations, email support and/or follow-up visits to keep you on the right track.
Virtual Organizing Services: Phone & Email Consultations
If you are outside of our geographic area or do not have any Professional Organizers nearby and are able and willing to do the hands-on work yourself, this is a great way to enjoy the benefits of professional organization and the expertise of MILLER ORGANIZING.
Initial and follow-up phone and email consultations answer your organizing questions and avoid trial-and-error on your part. You'll save time, solve problems and be guided, motivated and kept focused and on track by an experienced organizer-facilitator.
In order to assist you, we need clear photos - both in context and close-up - of the space(s) in your home or office that you want help with. In return, you'll be given detailed instructions, ideas, options and a shopping list of any items that need to be purchased to achieve your organizational goals.
Estate Clearing
Organizing and clearing the estate of a deceased family member or client can
