Do I need to clean or tidy up before you arrive?


No.

In order to help you become better organized, we must first see where your "problem" areas are. If you clean or tidy up your space before we arrive, then it will be hard for us to get an accurate picture of the cause of the disorganization.

There is no need to be embarrassed. We see situations like this all the time. Our job is to get you past your situation. We're here to help you not criticize you. We understand that it can be very difficult to stay on top of your belongings and we applaud and support your desire to get organized.
