Frequently Asked Questions

Why do organizers charge what they do?

Organizers are professionals just like doctors, lawyers, accountants, etc. Most organizers are college graduates and have spent many years honing their skills.

Though occasionally A Professional Organizer will wipe down a bookcase that's been emptied or dust off a desktop that's been cleared in preparation for the organizing process, many people confuse Professional Organizers with housekeepers or cleaning services. They mistakenly think the two should cost about the same amount, but being a Professional Organizer is much more involved than just cleaning or tidying up.

You are paying for a Professional Organizer's ability to get inside your head, understand how you function, and develop a system that will work best for you. Their knowledge, expertise and experience are what allow them to charge what they do.
